Honey and milk are known for their respective benefits.  But when taken at the same time, it can be of great health benefit.  Honey is used for health benefits because it has the ability to kill antibacterial and antifungal bacteria.  Burns and good for respiratory problems.

Honey cannot be poisoned when mixed with warm milk.  But honey should not be over 60 degrees Fahrenheit, because when heated it will produce a hydroxymethyl Furfuraldenhyde (HMF).  .  You can add as much honey as you want into warm milk.
